The text of all of the chapters have been saved with two different formatting options.  One version (with file names of “chapter number and title.pdf”) maintains a 1.5” margin on the left-hand side of the page, suitable for single-sided printing.  The other version (with file names of “chapter number mirrored.pdf”) mirrors the 1.5” margins from the left-hand side to the right-hand side, suitable for double-sided printing.
